Participated in all of the projects of the department. Established the reasonable schedule, adjusted the team dependencies and individual resource assignments as necessary to make every project succeed. Submitted the project status reports. Included the management of Hardware, Software and RF etc. Following are achievements: 1.Worked with team members for the cheap polo shirts Base Station project. It only took more than one year from the concept to production. The production process includes of Integration test, System test, Pre-Pilot Run and Pilot Run. This custom made prom dresses project has been finished the Pilot Run at Mar 2007 and ran field trail in ZheJiang province. 2.Successfully completed the WiMAX Base Station prototype design, development with team members in 6 months with extraordinary speeding. The base station was demonstrated in blog lace wedding dresses communication exhibit at Dec 2006 and gave strong impression to the carrier. 3.Completed the W-CDMA RRU prototype design and development in 10 months. The RRU was chi flat iron store demonstrated in Beijing communication exhibit at Oct 2005 and got very good comments. 4.Worked with team members for the custom made prom dresses over Cable prototype development. It used WiFi technology in the CATV cable and gave a very good approach for IPTV over coaxial cable. 5.Worked with team members for the PHS ACS500 project. It enhanced the PHS base station coverage significantly. 2001/03-2003/05 Advanced cheap evening dresses Technology (Beijing) Lab Hardware engineer/Layout engineer Be in charge of hardware design and development. Participated in PCB layout design for PHS Base Station. 1.Designed, developed, debugged and tested the digital control board in PHS 40mW base station controller. This custom made prom dresses product has been deployed in the field in Taiwan. 2.Worked in the PCB layout of 40mW base station, including of two kinds of digital lace wedding dresses control boards. 3.Worked for the PCB layout of ACS500 base station, including of digital control board and radio frequency board.
